WOW – from skeptic to believer in just one week
Welp, I guess I’m officially old enough to be slapped in the face (or, as in this case, other body parts) with the obvious changes that come with aging, most pertinently, a shift in the way I smell down there. It’s not a concerning or even “bad” smell, but it’s a change I found jarring and unwelcome nonetheless.I’m still on the young side for perimenopause, but based on my family history, I suspect that’s the culprit behind this change, so I started looking into what I could do to potentially help counteract whatever shift in my hormones might be throwing off that chemistry, which sent me down a rabbit hole of supplements and probiotics. After feeling utterly overwhelmed by all of my very methodical, science-backed research, I hit a wall and just focused on reviews and hoped for the best when choosing a first solution to try. These Vital Source gummies were the winner, but I was honestly skeptical at best.Just one week in though and I’m already wowed by the results. I would say there was a noticeable change after just the first few days and at the end of the first week of taking these gummies, I feel (and smell) like me again. I admittedly balked at the cost when I placed the initial order, but it’s absolutely worth $30 a month to feel like my body is *my body*.The gummies taste pretty good (as long as you like pineapple) and they’re pretty big, but since they’re gummies they’re still easy to take, so there’s no downside there. I haven’t noticed any side effects. I’ll update my review if this assessment changes, but so far, I can’t think of a single reason not to recommend these to anyone who has a reason to be reading these reviews.

I’ve been using these pH-balancing women’s gummies for two months now and just started my third, and I’m impressed with the results, though I’m still on the fence about making them a permanent part of my routine. First off, they taste amazing—like a fruity candy you’d actually enjoy eating, which makes taking them daily a treat rather than a chore.The real win is how they’ve made me feel “down there.” I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my vaginal health—things feel more hydrated and, well, “juicier,” which has been a game-changer for intimacy. My partner even commented on the improved, more fruit-like taste, which was a pleasant surprise for both of us! It’s been so nice to rely less on artificial lubricants, which always felt like a hassle. Okay, now that I’ve been taking these for a months I can leave an honest review. I 24 female, sometimes struggle even when ready to go! If you get my drift. These!!! Are crazy insane, they work so well, I could tell within 2 weeks of taking them consistently but of course again, a month is a better time frame. No side effects, no issues with taking them on empty stomach or random times on different days. And they’re very tasty! Plus the packaging is super cute ☺️ I am re-upping!
