OBGYN recommended probiotic I keep in rotation
My OBGYN recommended this probiotic to help support vaginal and urinary balance and I added it into my routine as needed from there. It feels like a helpful support when things feel off. It is definitely on the pricier side and I wish there were more capsules in the bottle, so I usually take it every other day or in short cycles when I feel like I need a reset. I didnt notice too many changes with my body and did not have any side effects. Not sure if thats a good thing or bad thing but my levels of what was ‘off’ did come down after these so they must have worked!

Great Product
These were recommended from my gyno as I am prone to BV, after taking these pills once a day regularly, I haven’t gotten BV since! I’ve continuously been purchasing these for a long time now and everything has been great! Definitely recommend these over the other brands you see being promoted by influencers online as I have tried those before and they did not do anything, and this brand is consistently recommended by Doctors.

Help with Bad Reoccurring UTIs
I have been getting reoccurring UTIs for the past year. I had UTIs almost three times in the past month or two and I had pretty severe symptoms such as painful urinations, blood in my urine, having to go so frequently. I went to urgent care twice and I had to get antibiotics for them to recover. I was doing everything right; peeing after sex, peeing before sex, drinking a lot of water, not drinking coffee, but it never seemed to be effective. I looked up any probiotics that can help with UTIs and I stumbled across Metagenics Ultraflora women Probiotic. I have been taking it for almost three weeks now and I have not gotten any reoccurring symptoms and I think its working to my benefit! I plan on taking the consistently and its an easy supplement. No scent or taste, just pop a pill before I head to work in the morning because it doesn’t give me any side effects either.

Once a day EVERY day
This stuff works! I was told about it from my nurse practitioner at my obgyn’s office. I have been taking it 4 years and haven’t had a yeast infection since. The ONLY bummer about this product is once you commit your in. If I forget one dose I get bloating, gas pains, constipation, gurgling tummy. I try not to forget but it can ruin a vacation or if I accidentally run out it’s an issue for me. This may not be the case for you though. I take it the same time everyday and LOVE how it works. Just don’t forget and never run out once you start.

No more recurring yeast infections!!
