A gentler alternative to the beefier models out there…
Excellent product! This is actually my second foot massager purchase. My original one (the first one that typically comes up in an amazon/google search) is a much bigger, beefier, space-eater. Though I love my original model, it is really too much, it often pinches and becomes painful to both the ankles and bottom of the feet. This model by comparison is for those who aren’t looking for a death grip on the feet, but rather a kinder touch. You can rotate directions (clockwise and counter clockwise), increase the intensity (3 levels), and the heat (3 levels), and comes with a handy remote to control it all. Unlike the aforementioned beast, it tucks right under the couch. Think of it like a large heated slipper for your feet, with a pillow-like base, so it is super cozy, comfy and warm. Well worth the investment to ease feet pain and keep the tosies warm. Go for it!

Does as intended, could use a minor improvement
I bought three of these, one for me and two for gifts, two in light grey and one in dark grey. The velvet material on the inside and out is soft and smooth–very nice on my feet. The warmer is lightweight but not flimsy. The paddding is just thick enough to allow the warmer to retain its shape, and not slouch like a messy sack (my experience with a differnet model). The controls on the side coupled with the remote that has some additional features makes this an easy use item. There are two heat settings, low which is subtle and high which is the setting I use all the time. I am ALWAYS cold and having my feet warm makes a big difference. I no longerhave to sit at my desk wearing a coat. I wear a cardigan or fleece and have my feet in the warmer. Nice! My design improvement wish list: 1) Allow for a longer heating time. Currently there are two time settings. Using the controls only on the warmer will give you 15 minutes of warmth, however, from cold, it takes a good 10 minutes for the warmth to grow to the point of being helpful, and then a few minutes later it shuts off. Like a heated blanket, it would be good to have at least two hours of consistent heating before shutdown. You cannot extend beyond 15 minutes from the controls on the warmer. You can extend an extra 15 minutes by using the timer on the remote for a total of 30 minutes. I realize this is for safety, but heating pads and electric blankets run a lot longer, so I’m not sold on the safety aspect. 2) When you turn the warmer on with the remote, the “massage” automatically turns on. I really dislike that feature. I have to scroll through the massage levels before it will turn off. You should have to select a function like massage or heat, instead of functions turning on by default. The “massage” is really just a rumbling vibration, it does not have typical features of a true foot massager. That is fine for me since I bought this for warming, not massage. Although the bottom of the warmer zips off so that you can use the massage portion on other areas of the body, given that it is little more than a vibration, I can’t imagine that feature being important to most buyers. If you are looking for a good quality and well-priced foot warmer, this may be the right option for you.Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and the two gift recipients have told me that they really like this foor warmer.

Great product, very versatile.
A nice addition to the back massager, with Shiatsu massage balls a better size (larger) than the foot massager that we previously purchased from another company. The remote control provides a delightful ease-of-use upgrade, and the ability to select from multiple massage modes and speeds is a nice touch, especially with the addition of heat. Finally, the ability to unzip the top and convert it to a lumbar (back) massager is wonderful.

Plug got too hot and massager shut off
10 minutes into the massage the massager shut off and the plug was extremely hot. Sending it back 😭 sad faceSo far so good! I just got it yesterday and tried it out today. I wear a women’s size 12/13 shoe and I have larger ankles 😟 but they fit! I placed this massager under my desk and turn it on with the warming function and I’m in heaven. I have a sit/stand desk so in the morning I stand and work and the rest of the day I sit and get my feet massaged!Some things I’ve noticed: it can be quite loud. Not too loud but you can definitely hear the wheels turning, and there’s a weird high pitched sound. I attached a video. Otherwise it’s a great massager. Has 2 settings high and low. You can change the direction of the massaging. The remote comes in handy. It has a timer function but it’s not digital so I have no idea how long it goes for until it shuts off. There is a mute button on it as well, I thought it was to mute the noise from the massager but it’s not 🤣 great find and also would make a great gift!
