Cordless neck massager this massager is awesome it’s got a great battery life it very comfortable around the neck around it’s give you the right amount of pressure and definitely get in to the muscles and help you work out the sore muscles it’s well worth the money and it is very durable I have been using this daily and I love it after purchasing a few months ago the best massager on the market highly recommended

Strong, Quiet, and Super Relaxing
This massager exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful enough to work out deep knots but still feels soothing. The heat function warms up quickly and helps loosen tight muscles. I also appreciate that it runs quietly — I can use it while watching TV without distraction. The battery lasts several sessions before needing a recharge. Very impressed with this purchase and I was honestly surprised how powerful this cordless neck massager is. The 4D deep kneading feels just like real hands working on my neck and shoulders. The heat function makes it even better, especially after a long day at work. I love that it’s wireless so I can use it on the couch, in bed, or even at my desk. Battery life is solid and it holds a charge well. Definitely worth every penny.

This has been a lifesaver for my neck and shoulder pain from sitting at a desk all day. The cordless design is super convenient – I can use it anywhere without dealing with cables. I use it for about 15 minutes after work and it makes such a difference. The pressure is strong but not uncomfortable, just right.Super easy to use, just put it on and turn it on. It has some great usability features that I love!
I have been using this for a week now and I love it. I have owned two similar products in the past and there are a number of features that make this truly stand out head and shoulders (no pun intended) above those:1. I love that it is rechargeable – I am not tethered to an electrical plug! This makes it so much more versatile and ensures that I use it even more often.2. The heat function – it really adds to the relaxation. I keep it on the high setting all the time and that is plenty!3. I initially missed the usefulness of the elastic strap – it is a huge feature! All the other products like this I have previously used required me to hold onto the straps to keep it pulled down onto my neck. But, with the elastic strap I can strap it on and just “wear” it while I go about my day. Also, I am a big guy (6′ 5″) and I note that the elastic strap was long enough for me.4. With some experience I have found I can get it to massage different muscles. My favorite is to slouch just a bit in my high-back office chair (to pin the massager against the seat) and then look up at the ceiling – that moves the massaging down between my shoulder blades even more – that is something I just love. Another trick is to loop the elastic through my belt in the front – this changes its angle compared to when the elastic goes around my back and hits my muscles differently.Overall, this is great product. The differentiators for me are the elastic strap and its uses and the recharge ability!

Serious massage from a small, cordless machine–a lifesaver when you’re sore!
This Heycool neck massager is a serious machine! I carry most of my tension in my neck and shoulders, and I have used various massagers over the years.I started with a Wahl 4290-300 Deep Tissue Percussion Therapeutic massager back in 2014, and had some pretty good luck with it. But it was difficult to maneuver and to apply pressure on the back of my shoulders, due to it being a wand.In 2020 I purchased a Snailax Heating Pad for Neck and Shoulders–the kind with vibration included–and it offered some improvements (especially the heat). But it wasn’t aggressive enough.Also in 2020 I got a Snailax shiatsu neck roller massager. This one is football shaped and sits behind your shoulders as you lean back in a chair. That has been my most used massager ever and has gotten me out of some sticky spots (I get knots from time to time in my shoulders that can turn quite painful).When I saw this Heycool massager, I figured it was time to try one of this design. And I haven’t been disappointed! This massager is serious and means business. It has two stirrups for your hands/arms to pull down on, to increase the pressure of the massager on the neck/upper shoulders. And it has nodes of varying length that do the kneading work.My how this thing grinds into sore muscles! I have had a few other people try it and each time their eyes get big and they say, “Ohhhhh!” as it gets going. They are surprised by its power and the depth it can go to in the muscles. Within a few seconds they relax and say, “Ahhhhh.” It just feels so good!The battery lasts a long time–they say for an hour or more. I can only go for 1 or 2 sessions per day, so it lasts days between charges. The heat is great and adds to the relaxation of the muscles. And the various speed settings are helpful to find just the right intensity. It is a great value for such a reasonable price, especially considering it is cordless.If you’re looking for something to really loosen up your shoulders, give this one a shot!

It did help my neck pain
It works really well and it helps with my neck tension. The only downfall is you have to charge it for 3 to 4 hours or you can use it for the first time but other than that it really helps.

It’s highly not recommended by me. I have tried out this product and let me tell you, it only works for hardly 10-13 minutes and then it automatically shuts down. If you want to use it again you have to re charge it and forget using it for a longer duration. It also doesn’t come with the adapter so you specifically have to buy a new adapter just to charge it
