Works.
Plantar fasciitis on very high arches here. Lately, been spending the first few minutes of my day, every day, limping around. Also occurs after sitting for a while.First use of this thing, I could hear and feel popping all over both of my feet. Had to’ve been tightness being loosened and scar tissue being broken up. Following a couple minutes of light rolling per foot, a tingling sensation stuck around, but this is normal as per the instructions. Immediately following use, no limping and a very large positive difference in pain levels, so it really does work for getting your feet stretched out properly.Looking forward to using it more. Not often you feel an immediate difference with something, but with this you will.Past that, it seems a quality piece and definitely worth the reasonable (less than $10) cost.

Amazing at breaking up plantar fascia
If you have any beads in your feet or crunch in your feet this will help. I’ve been using it for a week and my massage therapist told me to keep doing whatever i’ve been doing because he was able to get to other problem areas in my feet that he’s never been able to get to before. it can hurt a bit after if you really roll your feet out for a while, but I think it’s helping a lot to break up these issues. Your feet won’t magically be fixed in a week but it’s a great, cheap tool to help you get better

Simple and effective pain relief.
This roller provided instant relief for my Plantar Fasciitis pain. It massages the bottom of my foot with the right pressure and stimulation. I was able to feel the worst knotted areas and work those a little more. I plan to use before those first painful morning steps to help with recovery. Worth buying for sure.

Great quality portable foot relief!
This foot massager is great quality and feels good using on my tired achy feet. The nodes feel so good working back and forth on my whole foot. I like this better than the ball I have because it’s easier to work with. I love this thing! ❤️

Consider
Very small and so far durable product. It will make your foot numb for the first few times which it’s stated due to the acupressure points. I use this roller after my long days at work and it helps a lot. I actually enjoy the feeling it gives after. Why three stars?It’s not the easiest to use. A lot of the time the roller will go sideways even when I add a little more pressure for steadiness.It’s hard material, so perhaps not for everyone. I personally enjoy it as previously stated. But I can see this product causing pain to others instead of relieving it. Keep in mind your sensitivity. It’s almost like when your feet and legs hurt a lot after walking over bumpy/rocky paths. In general just know it could feel a bit rough to some.Other than that, I’d say go for it. It has return window in case you’re not satisfied. It’s helped me after hard work days and for that I am grateful.
