I’ve tried multiple cups! I’ll tell you which is best!
I am in love with the xs viv menstrual cup! I barely feel it at all. It’s very soft/flexible. Some advice I’ll give is that since it’s so soft and flexible, the seal breaks pretty easily. On one hand that good since you won’t have to fight to get it out but if you’re someone who very active or even get aroused while its in (when aroused the vaginal canal widens and lengths) the seal breaks and you will experience leaks.I use the xs viv cup for day one and two since that’s when I experience cramps and I’m very sensitive down there. Then days 3-5 I use the mini/small 24ml peach life extra firm(it comes in soft, medium firm, and extra firm). The firmness will ensure that the seal doesn’t break even when you’re active or aroused. It’s a bit larger than the viv xs so I like using it for days 3-5 since I don’t cramp on those days and I’m less sensitive.I have tried the flex menstrual cup in size one or whatever the smallest size is and the diva cup in the smallest size. The flex cup starts to ache after a while. Plus, the “seal breaking string” is not as easy to use. I had to pull pretty hard to get it out which caused some pain. I also prefer the ring system for removal. The diva cup was hard to remove since it has no removal string or ring. The viv cup will give you comfort and ease taking it out. The peach life will give you security.

Life is so much better now
I will never go back to pads and tampons. Easy to insert. Just fold in half and follow your body contour. Easy to remove. Just pull the ring and pinch the bottom of the cup to release the suction. Can’t feel it once in. Easy to clean. After sterilizing initially, on emptying I rinse with my feminine wash and re-insert.. Stress free periods. I have experienced no leaks and wear day and night with no fear of leakages. I have heavy periods. Used to wear both a tampon and pad at the same time. Not anymore. The colour being black means it does not get stains and look discusting after using for awhile. I just love this product. I bought the large.

As a young woman, I only ever used pads and reusable underwear. After about six years, I wasn’t happy with pads anymore, so I stopped using them. The reusable underwear also lost its freshness after washing and repeated use. I heard a lot about tampons, but the information I found wasn’t appealing. Being a woman can be so difficult! Then I discovered the menstrual cup. I researched everything: how long it lasts, how to insert it, and how to remove it (the pamphlet and videos were super helpful). I even practiced inserting it. It took me two tries, but once I found the right fold for me (the punch-down), I got it in. It felt weird at first, but I went about my day. Twelve hours later, I took it out. It was tricky to do over the toilet, but once I relaxed, it slid out. Dumping was easy, and cleaning was simple with the provided wash gel. Of course, always wash your hands before and after! The cup filled up nicely, and I didn’t feel it at all, even sitting at work all day and exercising. The vacuum seal really works! I wish I had known about this sooner. I know women had issues with other brands and staining in the past, but if I can use this cup for 10 years, I’ll save so much money. This has been the best $28 I’ve ever spent! Ladies, if you’re curious, use the ask question box to get your questions answered and just go for it! I didn’t even experience any leaks once it was in. Don’t be afraid to check around the bottom to make sure everything is popped open as it should be, just to make sure it doesn’t slide out. I recommend this 1 million out of 10!

Sturdy But Rigid
It’s a good quality product. I’ve had the loop break on other brands but this feels like it will have longevity. Being sturdy, it can be a little uncomfortable to remove. Maybe don’t do this one of it’s your first rodeo.

The best cup (I’ve tried 5 different brands)!
I am obsessed with this cup — I’ve literally been using a cup for 5 years, and have been using a Viv cup for 2 years now (I bought this 2nd one on Amazon because I left mine at my parents place).The Viv cup is the best one I’ve used by far!! Here is why:1. It’s black — I used a clear cup (from Boots in London during my study abroad) and it got so stained and gross after 6 months.2. It doesn’t have a stem — every single other cup (diva, honey pot, Saalt, etc) I’ve used had a stem I needed to cut which would literally poke me down there. So uncomfortable when I was working out.3. It has a ring — I sometimes wear acrylic nails which would make it really hard to grab the other cups I had tried. The ring makes it really easy to hook with my finger and pull out without having to grab with my long nails.4. It’s comfortable, like it don’t notice it comfortable — I think a big part of this is that it has a ring rather than a stem, but I love not feeling it!5. Leak proof — I have never leaked with Viv! I only need to empty it morning and night of my cycle and never have and issue with leaking or bleeding through.It’s seriously so good! I tell everyone about it. I am also loving the cup wash (didn’t buy that with my first one and it’s made the cleaning a lot faster and easier).And the box says beginner friendly — I can confirm, if you’ve never tried a cup, this one is the easiest one to insert. I’m such a fan!!

Works fine, painful to insert (5 year cup user)
In the times I was able to get it in, it did its job well, and I appreciated the ring for an easier removal.I’ve been a cup user for over 5 years so I know the rights and wrongs when it comes to insertion, but whatever material this cup is made out of has wayyyy too much friction for me and is extremely painful to put in – in my experience. I am currently on my period and couldn’t even use it because the entrance pain is so bad :(I have used Lena cups in the past and never had that experience with thier cups, so even though they are harder to remove, I’ll be going back to my lena cup 🙁

I had high hopes because the ring is a great idea but unfortunately it leaked constantly regardless of positioning.
