Very difficult to use and set up returned it.
Seller lists as large/ xlarge but it’s a women’s large which is a medium for men. Very difficult to use and set up. I returned it. The lable says large. Very misleading . Not easy to use at all couldn’t get the stars on like a backpack they came loose.

You can’t go wrong with this back brace.
Out of the different ones I’ve tried this is the best. It gives support up and down the back as a whole. I have had 6 compression fractures and this is the only one that helped me stand straight after the initial lidocaine patches in the beginning. This belt is perfect for relief I am a senior woman with osteoporosis and cancer and I don’t get out and about a lot so I needed something I could use doing my tai chi walking and this was it.

Good enough for the price point and what works
Once you figure out from the picture how to wear this, it is fairly easy to use.Often we slouch because we are not assimilating enough calcium and magnesium in our bodies, but this posture can become habitual, and hard to correct without assistance from a training device like this. As our posture gradually shifts using a device like this, we can adjust it more and more. In order to be comfortable, the shoulder pads must be applied to areas where they could dig in. These shoulder straps seem like they would be more effective, comfier, and fit better if they were wider, but they work well enough.In very hot Texas weather outside, this whole device can become drenched with sweat, so you perhaps would not wish to wear it in that weather outside. But it is durable enough to wash and re-wear.This device is not meant as an all day brace/back support, but is meant to be worn for several shorter periods. 15-30 minutes, 2-4 times a day, should be enough. This can be during meals, during walks, or during slouch -prone times like watching TV or working on the computer.Deep breathing and proper nutrition, and strengthening and stretching exercises, can much help the effects of this. Turmeric taken with a fat source can also help the stretching and postural changes caused by using this device.For comparable quality, this seems like the best value for the money I’ve seen.

Is not at all the right size. The quality wasn’t great, not comfortable seeing as though it didn’t fit right and being able to adjust it didn’t help either

Decent lightweight support but not firm enough for me
It was a bit confusing at first to get everything adjusted, but once I figured it out it was fine. I can feel some support when it’s on, but I can still hunch over, so it’s not as firm or structured as I hoped. The tighter I pull the straps, the more they dig into my shoulders, yet it still doesn’t give me the solid back support I need, so maybe I need a smaller size, but I also think this is just more of a light-duty posture corrector.The waist section has more room than I expected, almost like the size runs bigger, but the length from the shoulders down feels short, so the whole thing creeps upward and sits higher on my stomach than I’d prefer.The build quality seems ok for the price. It’s not bad overall, but I think it would work better for someone with a different build than mine or someone who only needs lighter support. I felt less back support for me personally, and just more shoulder grabbing from the tight straps (as if i had a tight backpack on)
