I’ve been debating getting one of these body brushes for a while because I kept seeing them everywhere, so I finally gave in and tried it. After using it consistently, I can honestly say I understand why people swear by dry brushing.The rough patches I had on my outer thighs and upper arms have noticeably improved, and my skin overall feels much smoother and healthier. It does feel a little harsh at first if you’re not used to this type of exfoliation, but I adjusted quickly and now it feels like part of my routine.The brush itself is comfortable to hold, easy to maneuver, and the rubber sections are much softer than they look, which makes the grip really nice in the hand. It feels sturdy and well made without being awkward to use.Very happy I finally picked one up — this ended up being a great addition to my shower/self-care routine.

Cheap but effective.
While it does exfoliate, it looses hair every time you use it and it gets annoying. I also personally prefer a softer bristle, but for the price it’s not the worst. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for thin or sensitive skin.

Don’t Knock it!
The brush is easy to use because of the strap. The bristles are firm and the nubs help with pressure. I’ve heard some complaints about how it hurts to use. Honestly, if the bristles were softer, it wouldn’t work. You need the friction to get your blood circulating. It isn’t horrible, and it certainly isn’t going to leave scars. Sometimes you have to endure a little discomfort if you want to see results.

It best for skin health as well as for blood circulation, hepls to remove fatigue, increases blood flow and remove dead cells. Best to use before shower. But dissapionted with packaging because I was expecting a product box to keep it after use but anyways, it’s the best product guys.
