Inaccurate readings
I received the ring yesterday. I’m interested in tracking sleep. I wore it on my index finger after charging. It didn’t track my sleep. The message I received on the app noted that I needed to make sure the ring was snug (it is. I have to twist it to get it off). I took my bp this morning – i’ve been having bp problems for about 2 months. My bp monitor noted my bp to be 140/113. The ring noted my bp to be 111/74. I think I’ll believe the reading of the monitor since it has been aligning with my cardiologist’s monitor. The customer support is AI. I’m going to give it one more try and if it doesn’t track my sleep and bp accurately, I’ll be returning it.EDIT: I spoke to a customer rep who advised me this ring does not track bp. Even though details note it does. From what I can see, it only tracks sleep (once a day – no naps, and blood O2 level. I just returned from a walk and the app noted my heart rate at 82. But when I took my bp, my heart rate was 113. I don’t think this ring is worth it if you are serious about tracking your heath. If you want to track your sleep and your steps only, then this might be the ring for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Excellent smart ring, highly recommended!
I am absolutely thrilled with this BIEMHA smart ring. The IP68 waterproofing works flawlessly, allowing me to wear it during workouts and while washing hands without any worries. Its design is incredibly sleek and comfortable for daily wear. The health tracking metrics are accurate, and the companion app is very user-friendly. Battery life has also exceeded my expectations. It is a fantastic, high-quality device for the price!

Disappointed.
Will update review if opinion changes…Love the look of the ring but that’s where it stops. I sized for the finger I wanted it on and it doesn’t fit, had to use another finger which is ok. I have been wearing my Apple Watch with the ring and the step counter is significantly off from one to the other. Yesterday for example had a difference of 3,500 steps.My biggest frustration is the ring has not tracked my sleep once since I received it which was the whole reason I got the ring. I tried the suggestions the app gave for why it isn’t able to track sleep and it definitely isn’t the fit or the fact I got poor sleep that wasn’t trackable.I will try it again for another day and then may return…

Worked for 2 days. Now dead. Won’t charge.
Worked 2 days but it’s now dead. I’ve tried for a week to charge it with no success.I bought it because I just had surgery for AVNRT SVTs. Would loved to have been able to monitor my heart rate during my recovery but it won’t work.

Waterproof Claim is a Complete Lie
I bought this smart ring specifically for swimming and showering, as it’s advertised as “waterproof.” After wearing it in the pool for 20 minutes, the screen went black and never turned on again. The device stopped responding entirely, and customer service said water damage isn’t covered under warranty.
