How to Use Pixie Cup Applicator
Step 1
Fold the cup into the heart shape fold
(we recommend applying Pixie Lube to the tip for even smoother insertion).

Step 2
Add your folded cup into the top of the Applicator Body.

Step 3
Gently insert the Cup Applicator and glide the cup into place.

Step 4
Once the cup is set, carefully remove and clean the Applicator before storing in its case.
What is the Pixie Cup Applicator made of?
Top Body: Mediprene TPE
Bottom Body, Glider & Handle: ABS
Case: ABS/PP
All parts include an antimicrobial agent to help inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface.
Can I use a Pixie Cup if I have a tilted uterus?
This completely depends on your body and how your Pixie Cup fits you! Go ahead and try it out because you likely won’t have any problems. If you do experience leaking or pain, remember that we offer a 100% happiness promise.
Can I wear my Pixie Cup while swimming, peeing, doing yoga, having intercourse, or wearing an IUD?
Yes to all…except intercourse 🙁 As with all vaginal products, there is a small chance of IUD dislocation. We recommend talking to your gynecologist about using your Pixie Cup with an IUD and possibly having your IUD strings trimmed slightly.
Is the Pixie Cup Applicator reusable?
Yes. With proper care, it’s built to last cycle after cycle and helps reduce waste compared to disposable options.
How do I clean the Pixie Cup Applicator?
Antibacterial medical-grade Mediprene should not be sanitized using boiling water or high heat, as it may cause deformation. Instead, it can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap. For a deeper clean, we recommend using Pixie Cleansing Mist.

Awesome stuff!
Great product and great customer service!I reached out to the team because, as someone who used tampons maybe for one or two cycles in my life, I was having difficulty with the applicator and the small size cup that is in this product. Tampons and pap smears have been the bane of my existence as it is a super painful process for me; however, I was determined to minimize my periods carbon footprint and reached out to Pixie. The folks at Pixie were very understanding and suggested I try a XS cup–which they sent to me! Unfortunately, by the time I got it, my period was over…but I got to try it the following cycle and it worked well! I still could not use the applicator as it is painful, but it was easy (well, easy after a couple of failed attempts) to fold up the XS cup and use it. Extracting it is still a challenge, but I think that’s just something I will learn to do better with experience.tl;dr: good product. If you are like me and basically never used tampons and are not accustomed to doing anything internally with your bits, I recommend the XS cup.

Not made for grown women
Sadly it moved up so high I wasn’t able to get it out. Tried everything. At the end had to go to a doctor to get it out. It was sucking strong. I guess it was too small for me. I am sure for young women or short crevices it’s great. It didn’t leak the whole time. Just didn’t work for me.

Wonderful
This is not my first pixie cup, or menstraul cup in general. From my experience pixie cups are the best quality and most comfortable. This set comes in a compact bag, very cute, won’t take up much space. This is my first experience with the applicator. It went very well! I did pinch myself a little but I’ve never used it before so user error. Make sure you put a foot on the tub, otherwise the cup will have a hard time unfolding. And make sure to feel it and make sure it’s sealed, give it a tug if not. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t get it right away! Cups are so much healthier for us and the environment! And periods are so stressful. Allow yourself patience and understanding. Give yourself grace. Don’t get frustrated 🙂

Needed emergency replacement and these worked really well
I normally use a Diva Cup but on my recent trip , it had been mistakenly left at home. I needed something quickly and this seemed ideal for my needs. I liked the fact it came with a small and large cup so I could adjust based on need. The applicator was easy enough to use and clean. It closes up nicely for travel/storage. The little soft sided travel container it came it was pretty nice as well. Once I use the wipes that came with it, I can put more in and extra pantyliners. The cups themselves are soft and easy to wear.

Worth giving a try.
First time user. Im still getting used to these cups. The first time I inserted it (purple cup), I had no issues and wore a liner just incase. Then when I did a swap to refresh/clean after the recommend time, I inserted (red cup) and a few hours later I had a major accident. I guess it wasn’t seated properly. Still cant tell if its in there correctly. However, when everything goes smoothly, its great. I cant feel a thing and I can go on about my day like normal. I dont have to worry about going to the bathroom multiple time to change out my sanitary products, so thats awesome. I only gave it 4 stars because, again, its hard to tell when its seated properly….and on my heavy days, refreshing/cleaning, meaning taking it out can be a bit messy.

The product is so big and feels impossible to insert really sad as i wanted this to work but I found the process rather painful i like the concept and the cups seem a bit tough.
