Better than expected.
This posture corrector is more comfortable than I was expecting. It’s highly adjustable and easy to use with elastic straps and rubber grips that attach with a velcro-like material. There are shoulder pads and rigid support strips sewn into the back of the belt and back support panel. Stitching and materials are top quality and should last a long time. I use it while sitting at a standard desk and while standing at a standing desk for work. I’ll probably have to wear it a very long time to actually notice a difference in posture. Only had it a month so far – when I take it off I tend to slouch again.

Well-made back support, easy to adjust
This is a well-made back support. I got the Blue version in size Large. The package includes the support, an additional cross strap, and instructions. The overall construction is very good, and I didn’t notice any issues with the stitching or build quality. There is sufficient padding along the surfaces to help make it comfortable to wear.The support uses Velcro-style fasteners to secure the waist and easily adjust the shoulder straps. I usually wear size XLT or XXL, and this Large felt a bit snug around my waist. I was still able to secure it with a few inches of overlap, and it held firmly. If I were to buy another one, I would definitely choose the XL size, but that option was not available when I ordered.The shoulder straps took some adjustment to get the right fit. They have quite a bit of stretch, but they can be tightened enough to help pull the shoulders into a better position. They won’t completely prevent forward movement, but they do encourage you to keep your shoulders back and your back straighter, which helps improve posture.Overall, I like this back support. Just be sure to order the right size if it’s available.

Works well to keep proper posture for your back/neck. Useful for office work and deliveries!
Must have for those who are constantly standing, bending their necks, and doing manual labor work that is heavy lifting or just in the transporting industry.I work in an office and this is a lifesaver for when I am constantly in my desk having to bend my neck or back forward just to ‘ergonomically’ feel better. It is this constant bending that causes severe neck paint over a long period of time and it just feels terrible on you short/long-term.This brace does a great job of keeping my posture in a way where even though there is slight discomfort, there is a natural resistance to bad posture and it forces me to be in a position that is more comfortable. Some of it is placebo effect but it’s the thought that my posture should be readjusted that it matters.I think this would be incredibly useful for those in the moving/transport business. If you are constantly moving beds, appliances, furniture, boxes of goods, Amazon packages, etc., this is a must-have to protect your back!One thing I like is the profile of this brace is quite slim. Not the slimmest but it is slim enough that I can fit this in a sweater and it won’t show or bulge out. It wouldn’t work for a t-shirt or a thinner material product but it will work under a hoodie, crewneck, jacket, etc.,I am a huge fan of this product. Rakii makes some decent products in braces overall such as wrist and knee braces. I believe their back posture corrector is the best brace of their lineup. It works great and long-term, it will provide some relief to your back/neck.

I can’t comment on any medical benefits (not a medical expert) but I am a person who has been on this planet for many decades and I know effective support when I have it working for me.As a posture corrector this brace can take a little practice to put on, but once you know where the straps go and how to adjust them for best fit, it hits all the marks.* The back brace section is a good size — large enough to support taller and larger people, not too big to benefit someone shorter or narrower.* It is firm without being rigid. Also comfortable to wear while standing or sitting.* The straps are generously sized without creating unnecessary bulk. You’ll see them under a shirt, but not under a jacket.* The straps are soft and don’t dig in, even if they get a little twisted.* The velcro has good hold but is easy to reposition.* The belly band is adjustable, around the midsection and also vertically, to accommodate different waist-to-hip ratios and shapes.* The two layers of overlapping straps ensure consistent pressure, lots of hold, and easy adjustment for comfort and preference.* The padding over the shoulders is both comfortable and (I think) distributes the pressure there better than straps without padding.* The extra strap across the chest is optional, but people with large chests may find it helps to position the shoulder straps better. I’ve tried it both over and under the chest, and I like it better under.It works, too. I definitely find myself sitting upright rather than slumping at the computer or while reading. Also, I believe it helps me maintain better posture during light exercise, which in turn means I’m maximizing those benefits too.

I was having a lower back pain and this really help. Now I use it all the time when I’m lifting weights. Excellent price!
