Serious Quality, Deep Healing, and Stunning Jade Craftsmanship in One Heating Pad
I really love this heating pad and I use it constantly. From the moment I took it out of the box, it felt substantial, beautifully made, and thoughtfully designed. The materials feel smooth and luxurious, the stitching is precise, and the overall construction feels very strong and reliable. The jade stones are polished, evenly placed, and visually stunning. It looks like a serious wellness product.The size is one of my favorite things about it. It is large enough to comfortably support your whole body without needing to reposition it. You can lie down and fully relax while the heat spreads evenly. In the video, I placed a Kleenex box next to it for scale so it is easy to see how generous the dimensions really are.The heat itself feels incredible. The far infrared warmth builds gradually and sinks deeply into the body in a way that feels therapeutic and nurturing. Amazing & Wonderful
Ok. You have to be serious about a heating pad if you spend over $500. Right? Well unless your rich no problem. I’m not. I’m just a retired high school teacher and principal. So price and value mean everything to me. Well I have purchased at least 7-8 of their wide selection of pads for myself, mom, and wife. So I had this $500 gem for 24 months and loved it. Then I got an error message and it didn’t seem to work. Their customer service was incredible. Even though I was beyond the year warranty, they sent me a replacement for free. Ironically, my “old one” is back working now and I haven’t even opened the new one. I’m going to give it 3 weeks and if still working I’ll talk to their Customer Service about what to do as I’m an honest fellow. Their CS is prompt, to the point, and amazing. You need to also purchase a cover for this which is inexpensive and fits perfectly. In Minnesota it is so nice to have a warm , therapeutic, and supporting full-length super pad. I would recommend all of their products. Every night I use the $200 ones for my back when sitting and watching tv or reading . So soothing and comforting. Keeps your heating bills down also!It is warm, and easy to control the temperature and timing ⏱ and plenty thick. What you would expect for $500 plus. If you want one for your bed this is it. If you want for your chair get the medium size one . I have three of those. Hopefully this will last longer as 14 mos doesn’t satisfy me at all. But it has worked so well and they replaced it for free so I feel good about that. If they hadn’t I would not be writing this great review. So provided it can last (3 or more years?), be safe, and all this is the only way to go if you are serious about heating your bed. My only problem? My black Lab , Thor, insists on getting HIS share of the heat 🐕😀!!!

Worth the Money Honey
I have to have heating pads on a daily basis because I suffer from excruciating pain. That pain is triggered by cold. I’ve purchased so many “cheap” ($50-$60) heating pads (specifically Sunbeam) and they always die and stop working. I decided that I was going to stop throwing away my money and invest 1 time (vs 20) in a really nice heating pad. This heating pad is definitely on the expensive side, but it’s so incredibly worth it. Even my husband who is the biggest cheapskate, said that this pad is totally worth it for how much it helps me deal with my pain.It takes a few minutes to warm up, but it stays warm for sooooo long. You get to set the timer and the heat. I love the heat level too because it’s an actual temperature number vs low, medium, high. You definitely are paying for the quality, and quality you will get. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a heating pad often. I’d tell you to bite the bullet, and get it. You won’t regret it!

Neat Product – Plugged and Functioned well .
Received the ordered Mat earlier than expected. Decent Packaging with instruction manual.I could not find any Warranty details..Followed the Instructions :Plugged with a 3 pin socket adaptor directly on 230V – 50Hz electric power supply in India .Manual suggested to set temperature at half power heating but the range is not mentioned. After a few trails figured out that , the temperature setting max range is 159 F .It takes about 25 -30 minutes for the mat to heat up from 75 F to 150 F with the mat in rolled up condition. With set temperature at 150 F reached , when the mat is un-rolled flat and when a person lies down on the mat, we found comfortable heat as the temperature lowers to around 133 F to 135 F in a time duration of about 5 -10 minutes. Then the temperature remains stable in this range. Auto Timer fuctions as expected.A few suggestions :1) Warranty details to be included compulsorily2) Mention the Temperature Ranges clearly. Readings in F & C would be better3) Controller / Mat could have the Brand labelled appropiately with Unqiue Serial Number for traceability

This was exactly what I wanted. Light and flexible to place over pillows or on a chair so that it molds with the body. The bag that it comes in makes it very portable to store or to take away on holidays. I’ve found it relieves pain from inflammatory arthritis and lactic acid build-up in the muscles.
