Too much blue before bed
I haven’t been sleeping very well, lately, thanks for asking. The missus & I have begun to explore the science of color therapy. We started with red/pink tinted and otherwise blue light blocking glasses. These are amber & initially, navigating your new golden world is a little odd. But, one does adapt. The spectacles are comfortable & feel a little light but sturdy enough. They’re easy enough to use if you’re familiar with current spectacle technology. Yeah, put ’em on. Not only do they help unwind before bed but vision seemed to improve for a little while.

Accurate but OILY AND DIRTY upon opening
As described but VERY DIRTY when I opened the package.I opened the box to find these glasses had some kind of oily residue all over them on the inside. Pretty gross since I have no idea what it is! I’m glad I noticed it before I put them on my face.Other than that they are as expected.
